This Kettle Sour ale was brewed with lactobacillus to lower the pH. Plum puree was added during the fermentation process and in the end it was blended with our MOtorboat Wheat Ale to balance out the acidity. Flavors of fruit, plum, and apricot with a tart refreshing finish.
